What's your number one question about self-improvement?

Are you tired of only recognizing one type of intelligence? Are you ready to embrace the many different ways people can be smart? If so, it's time to shift your mindset and start asking yourself, "In what way is this person smart?" This simple affirmation can change the way we evaluate those around us and can lead to a more inclusive and innovative culture.

For too long, we've been limiting our perception of intelligence. Society has emphasized academic intelligence - such as excelling at math or science - as the standard to which we should aspire. This narrow definition of intelligence has excluded individuals who possess strengths and skills in other areas.

But the good news is that intelligence comes in many forms! Not everyone is good at math or science, but that doesn't mean they're not smart. Some people have excellent interpersonal skills, while others have exceptional artistic abilities. And just imagine the possibilities if we didn't limit our perception of intelligence - we could have a society that excels in all areas and values each other's unique abilities.

By asking ourselves in what way someone might be smart, we can start to recognize and appreciate these different forms of intelligence. We can celebrate someone's ability to communicate effectively, be a great listener, or have a strong sense of emotional intelligence. We can acknowledge the power of someone's creative talents in art, music, or literature. And we can value those with a natural ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others.

When we broaden our definition of intelligence, we create a culture that is more inclusive and innovative. We recognize that everyone has something valuable to offer, whether they excel academically or not. We start to see the power of diversity and how it can lead to more creative solutions to problems.

So I challenge you to join the movement and start asking yourself, "In what way is this person smart?" Take the time to recognize and celebrate the unique abilities and talents that each individual possesses. Embrace the power of diversity and foster a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and innovation. The possibilities are endless when we open our minds and broaden our definition of intelligence.
